China builds strategic partnership

HONG KONG - October 28, 2000 (Press Release Network): Huading Financial Networks Corp.'s Chairman and President Li Shuzhong is pleased to announce that HDFN concluded a strategic partnership agreement with Bridge Information Systems International Inc. of St. Louis, Missouri, USA. This alliance should prove to make HDFN one of the dominant Internet financial news networks in Asia similar to Bloomberg.com, Reuters.com and Forbes.com in the United States.

Bridge is a provider of worldwide financial stock market news and information distributed through TV Networks and the Internet.

Huading is the premier provider of Mainland China on-line securities trading, stock market news and information through its www.ChinaHD.com web site provided by its parent company who also distributes such information via hard copy print and television.

The strategic partnership agreement licenses Huading to utilize information produced by Bridge at preferential rates for distribution on its system and Bridge in turn may use information from Huading for distribution on its network at rates still to be determined. Huading's parent also may package Bridge's data and news on its TV service in Mainland China on a revenue splitting formula and it plans to immediately incorporate same in its morning program. Huading plans to acquire its parent's TV subsidiary during the next year.

Bridge further will help improve Huading's technical system as it relates to the Internet and link up with large strategic partners to enhance Huading's on line trading capabilities.

In consideration, Bridge will receive 924,000 common shares of Huading from the treasury, or 7% of the total outstanding shares. Bridge will be granted warrants for the purchase of 1,320,000 Huading shares, or 10% of the current total outstanding shares to be exercised prior to the next major funding of Huading at a price mutually acceptable.

Bridge will also nominate one director to the Board of Huading.
