On Saturday June 21st, the stage spectacular Splash will celebrate 18 years of thrilling and exciting Las Vegas show-goers making it one of the longest running shows on the Strip. Since its debut at the Riviera Hotel & Casino in 1985, Splash has been wowing audiences with an amazing union of the grand showgirl performance with intense rapid-fire variety. Gorgeous topless showgirls and dynamic dancers performing high-energy numbers with choreography ranging from street to jazz and classical dance share the stage with modern tribute artists, hilarious comedy jugglers, world-class ice skaters, international specialty acts and motorcycle daredevils.

At the core of every Splash performance since its inception this entertainment extravaganza has highlighted dance numbers that pay homage to the music and moves of pop-icons as well as the movies and stage dramas of Hollywood and Broadway. Even today, jazz, modern, tap, classical, and even break dancing blend through beautiful nostalgic moments, honorary tributes to the stars and outrageous retro scenes from the seventies.

The Splash dancers and sexy showgirls set the stage for a stellar array of specialty acts that oftentimes steal the show. The current line-up of amazing specialty acts include:

World-class Ice Skaters - National and international skating stars Mikhail Panin and Margarita Barber performing unbelievable ice dance, figure and adagio skating routines on a custom-designed ice rink sitting center stage.

Los Latin Cowboys - Traditional Argentinean entertainers, commonly known as gauchos, Hugo Latorre and Eduardo Lome' are highly trained and skilled performers of the rhythmic drumming of bombos, swinging of bolos, and dance for which gauchos are known. Their fancy footwork fuses with quick wit and hilarious audience interaction in an unforgettable show-stealing performance.

The Richard Brothers - Third generation entertainers, Ricardo, Manuel and David are jugglers extraordinaire. Held over due to their tremendous appeal, The Richard Brothers' act includes juggling of clubs, rings, hats and boxes; as well as an unforgettable routine in which they juggle three clubs while cleverly moving a hat and cigar amongst them.

The Scott Brothers - The leading practitioners of 菟opping� on the planet, Michael and 鉄pider� Rob Scott, elevate the art of dance to the extreme with their urban specialty act that is mesmerizing audiences with their dreamlike mime and robotic movements.

Throughout time Splash also has featured motorcycle daredevils racing about a spherical steel cage. Initially, the stunt consisted of two motorcycles inside an 18-foot diameter globe. With training, experience, technology and practice, they added a third bike in the late �80s; and then, a couple years later split the globe for the first time ever. � While the riders circled the upper two-thirds of the chamber, the lower one-third of the structure dropped. The space between the top and bottom sections creating the potential for the bikes to fly literally out of the steel structure. � Today, Splash features the unadulterated motorcycle mania of Bela Tabak's Riders of the Thunderdome: Four mad motorcyclists racing at breakneck speeds within a 14-foot sphere of metal mesh. The most fear-defying act of white-knuckle terror ever.

Splash is the classic Las Vegas variety extravaganza with an 18 year history of amazing and impressing audiences in the true Las Vegas style!
